Poplar Riverside is a large-scale ecological park project built by Berkeley's St William Company, located in London's East 2nd District, just 1.7 miles from Canary Wharf, which is the new financial city commuter area. The project is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the surrounding well-known landmarks by foot or bicycle.
Spanning 20 acres, the project will offer 2,800 new homes, a new school, a new park, gym, nursery, and 90,000 square feet of new commercial space dedicated to established retailers, new Sainsbury's supermarket, cafes, riverside bars, restaurants, start-ups and entrepreneurs to help fuel local growth.
The project offers a 24-hour concierge service, and a riverside bar, gym, nursery, grocery store, restaurant, café and a 500-metre riverwalk are all within the scope of the project. The 16,000-square-foot The Riverside Club includes 1,000 square feet of co-working space, meeting rooms, meeting rooms, screening rooms, game arcades, chess and card rooms, workspaces, and owner-only lounges. The Riverside Spa on the ground floor includes a 20-metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, salt therapy room and steam room.
